Like you I believe it has gone up but the ESFA have not updated their records. The "new" Level 2 Barbering standard is on the Institute website as "live" yet the ESFA are still staying its in development - I also noticed that it appears "Barbering" is not an option under the L2 Hair Professional any more under the Institutes website - so the ESFA really need to get this sorted asap!
Hairdressing was updated on both the Institute of Apprenticeships and in LARS on 23/05/2023. As mentioned above, the spreadsheet distributed by the ESFA has not been updated however we have recorded the new TNP on our documentation and systems based on this knowledge.

Level 2 Hair Professional Standard

Hi, can anyone confirm for me that the Level 2 Hair Professional Standard has increased from £7,000 to £11,000? Checked the Institute for Apprenticeships and it says it has but when I downloaded the ESFA (Gov.uk) Standards spreadsheets it still says £7,000 on there. Can anyone shed any light for me please? Thanks in Advance.
