Completion Holdbacks - FM36 Summary Report V Coinvestment Report

Hi all,
As I'm sure many of you do, we use our Period End Coinvestment Report to filter for missing completion payments. I have recently been made aware of the FM36 Summary reports and for R10 we have only one learner with a completion holdback, whereas the coinvestment report suggests more like 10 or so.
Does anyone know why the FM36 summary report would only show the one learner?

Cos it's only showing you the one that has happened this month, not all of them from previous months?
