Can we claim for Exam Support (AEB) via ALS or EAS?

Where we incur additional costs for exam access arrangements for adults (that are not already ALS (LSF) funded), e.g. extra invigilation/reader or scribe, can we claim for this? And if so would we need to somehow claim it across May/June for example in the ILR as ALS or should it it go straight into the EAS claim as a one-off even though the learning aim duration is greater than a month?
