Can a learner who was registered on a Level 3 aim funded under FCfJ, who then withdrew after 5 months return to complete the same learning aim with a different learning provider?
The only reference I can find is Once a learner has been funded by free courses for jobs (FCFJ) in line with the AEB funding rules, they will have exhausted their eligibility for the offer and can no longer access FCFJ funding
But no reference to returning learners who did not complete.

Traditionally (for eg FL2, FL3, English and Maths), eligibility only expires once a learner has achieved, so I don't think this would be any different.
