Hi, in need of a little advice.
We have a number of learners with the same employer. All learners are progressing well on their apprenticeship and we have received from good feedback from learners on the apprenticeship.
However, the employer is wishing to withdraw them from the apprenticeship putting it down to a business decision and no longer allowing us access to the apprentice.
We have spoken with the employer and keep getting told it’s a business decision with no explanation.
Any advice welcome, as we don’t want to lose these learners?

There is nothing you can do in these circumstances as Apprenticeships are an Employer decision Programme.
