Hi,
I am looking for some advice.
We have a few AEB learners we have withdrawn in 22/23 but their end date is in last year. They are appearing on FRM27 report but I am unsure how the funds will be recovered by the ESFA. I thought we either had to pay back using an EAS or wait until R14 reconciliation, but looking at our 22/23 earnings profile it looks like the funding has been adjusted in year.
We are paid on actuals not on profile, so does this make a difference?

Hi Alison,
Any under FRM27 at R14 submission will be clawed back by the ESFA, normally they send a letter to the college/provider etc the following June of amount due and how funds will be clawed back.
