R10 QARs?

Does anyone know when the likely publication date for R10 achievement rates will be? They landed mid-July last year but I believe that they were going to try and do this a little earlier this year.
It is important that training organisations use this in-year QAR to review their data, as it cannot be changed after the R14 ILR collection. Summary QAR data and a detailed data extract are created:
in June/July each year using the training organisation’s R10 ILR data

Hi Paul, I asked our account manager this on Friday and he said to expect them the same time as last year as they are tied up with AAF data so won't be any sooner.
Also, they haven't actually published the Business Rules/Tech Spec yet, so we can't have QAR until they tell us how they're doing it, I'd have thought...
