DSAT 23A-215 - Planned Off the Job Training Hours

Created

Just going through our PDSAT reports and I have come across something which I cannot get my head around and was wondering if anyone else has come across this.

DSAT 23A-215 relating to Planned Off the Job Training Hours has a small number of our apprentices showing, suggesting their OJH do not meet the minimum required for the duration of their apprenticeship,  Yet when I double check the figure I find that they do meet the minimum - and in some cases are slightly more.

Is this a case of the DSAT reports working this out incorrectly or am I missing something?

Might be worth dropping KPMG an email if you're absolutely certain you've calculated it correctly. There've been occasions in the past where their formula rounding integers has caused discrepancies. Always best to compare your own calculations with whatever the ESFA commitment statement/training plan template says, as that's ultimately the 'most correct'.

Also, that report *definitely* counts the number of SUNDAYS between start and end to determine number of weeks and therefore OTJH because KPMG decided that was what they wanted to do for some reason despite it not being written down anywhere...
