Co-Investment on the ILR - two employers

Created

None

Hi

I have a student who has transferred employers.  There is some co-investment due from her previous employer, which I can add in the usual way to the ILR.  However, my concern is that this amount will not be linked directly to the relevant employer because the money will be received after the transfer date.  Do I just add it as normal or should I change the co investment payment date in the ILR to reflect the last date with the old employer (the one who is paying the co-investment)?   The new employer will also be liable for co-investment payments.

Many thanks

Bex

The guidance is:

  • The date for a payment record (AFinType = PMR) must be the date on which the cash payment was received from the employer.

Yeah, I don't think they care who the money has come from, just that it has come...
