RPL Information. Moving from a T Level to an Apprenticeship.

Edited

We have a learner who has currently completed 1 Year of a T Level L3 (Early Years Education). This is a 2 year programme. She has decided that this is not for her and would rather be work based, therefore an Apprenticeship is a better option. This is the first time we have experienced a learner completing a whole year of a T level.

My question is how much RPL reduction would I consider in this instance? The learner has stated she has no evidence to submit, we would use this for mapping purposes (Knowledge part). She will be able to demonstrate some KSB's, however we have a qualification affiliated with the Early Years Educator L3 (Regulated qualification). Generally we assign 18 months, and will have to demonstrate all competencies due to this being a regulated qual in the standard, so I feel hesitant to reduce the duration.

Has anyone had this experience, or can help with advice on a fair reduction.
