LRN in previous year - Impact on QAR?
Created
None
Hi,
We procured a new MIS system in 2019 and so have a significant amount of learners with 'LRN in previous year' recorded in their ILRs.
I have just realised that these should have been cleared from the ILR (assuming after the R14 of the year they were recorded) - We did not do this and they are still recorded in the ILRs now. I am wondering might this have impacted our QAR rates in some way?
Any help is appreciated.

Should not be an issue as they intend to utilise the Unique Learner Number in matching records across years replacing the use of the Learner Reference Number.
The migration specifications required that you do not migrate this field to the following years ILR, this could cause an issue with the QAR where you have not followed the requirements.
