Hi, we have an apprentice who attended one element of his EPA, but didn't attend the others. The EPAO have recorded this as an attempt as it was a cancellation on the day due to non-attendance. Are we able to count this as an attempt for funding purposes to claim the completion payment or will this be only for be the awarding body in relation to resit fees?

The latter I'm afraid... If you can't show they've attempted all elements then they have to be a withdrawal...
