Hi,

Hoping someone can help with this.

We have a couple of learners who have reached Gateway/EPA who we have been receiving ALN payments for.  As they have completed their practical period we can no longer claim on their ILR's for this funding.  ESFA have advised me that we can claim further funding on EAS.  Following the guidance, I have tried any number of combinations of FundingLine and AdjustmentType with the Rule Violation Report telling me 'The Funding Line is wrong' and 'The Adjustment Type is wrong'.  It also says the calendar month and year are wrong.  I have only entered 2022 or 2023 and numbers between 1 - 12 for the months.  Then the amount is wrong - it must be more than 0.

As I have now uploaded multiple files trying to get it right, I am now getting a duplicate error message.

Does anyone else have these problems uploading EAS?

HELP!!

TIA

Jean

Why do you need to claim LSF after the practical period has ended?

Hi Jean

It is not an easy file format and yet only 6 fields.

The name of your file has got the date and time in it which is why you are getting duplicate error message.

The year is 2023 and month 7 however the format of all the fields needs to be General and saved as a csv file

Hi Martin,

The learner's are being supported through their EPA by our SEN tutor.  I was told by ESFA to claim for them via EAS.

Thanks

Hi Gill,

As I kept getting errors, I was changing the time of the file so it is essentially a different file.  I presumed with the errors on the Rule Violation Report that nothing had been accepted but it looks as if one or two of them have been accepted.  The problem now is finding out which ones

Thanks

Jean

I do not know the circumstances but this is normally the responsibility of the EPAO where training has ended see: https://www.instituteforapprenticeships.org/quality/end-point-assessment-reasonable-adjustments-guidance?consent_uid=59w9m6OGRp-slf-9Jv-tIA
