Here are my price records from the ILR and the data in the Data Match file.
It looks to me that the Data Match report is saying that the ILR price record from 7/9/2022 to 5/6/2023 is £20520. Whereas the actual situation (which I think my ILR data reflects) is that the price record from 7/9/2022 to 5/6/2023 should be £18791 and the record from 6/6/2023 onwards should be £20520.
I've already misunderstood my funding reports once this morning so I am doubting myself but have the ESFA got their calculations backwards here?
Where it's a genuine DLOCK_07 providers are supposed to:
- Record the price change on the ILR
- DLOCK is generated on the data match report
- ILR mismatch appears on the provider's apprenticeship service which will need pushing to the employer's apprenticeship service
- Employer approves the price change
- DLOCK is cleared on the next submission

DLOCK_07 - change in TNP for employer-provider apprentice

Good morning
We've agreed an EPAO for some of our learners where we are employer provider - they were previously on the ILR with TNP1 only (and with their DAS price set to TNP1 only while we confirmed the EPA price). I have now added TNP2 onto their ILR records dated in line with the EPAO contract.
I had understood (think I did this previously) that the correct routine was to submit the updated price via the ILR, wait for the DLOCK then go into the employer DAS and accept the amended price.
I submitted our return last night and got the DLOCKs but am not seeing anything in DAS allowing me to accept the new price.
What am I doing wrong?
