Thanks Martin, you are absolutely right. I was stupidly only looking at the DLOCK-ed learners - when I look at the rest of my cohort who are not causing DLOCKs, they have the same price episode end date.
I just don't understand what's causing this! The start dates match, the prices match.

Yes, another delightful DLOCK_07 to make my day special.
I have TNP1 and TNP2 recorded in the ILR. Reporting two learners for the first time in this return, both with the same external employer.
I'm getting a DLOCK_07 although the ILR value and the Apprenticeship Service value match. On closer inspection, the price episode is showing with an end date of 31/7/2023. although the learner's planned end date is September 2025.
Looking in the indicative payment report, I can see that the planned end date for the ZPROG001 has come through correctly as September 2025 so I can't work out why it has added a Price episode actual end date of 31/7/2023. I've looked in the .xml for our ILR submission and no sign of an end date in there so it seems to be something that's being added when the ESFA crunch our data.
Can anyone help with this one?
