Hi All
If a provider is unable to provide learning to an apprentice, should a break in learning be applied?
As an example if the tutor leaves the provider and you do not have the necessary skills to deliver the learning, can a learner be on a break in learning until either the skills are sourced, or the learner is transferred to another provider?
