PDSAT & Annotations

Hi Ann,

I have had issues with PDSAT today, this morning I was logged in fine - however after lunch I am getting an error message.

thanks Charlotte was your annotations uploading ok, mine was saying it was uploaded successful but then after checking they clearly were not uploading the latest set of annotations

I'm not sure, I uploaded them this morning but have been unable to check - I just get an error message telling me I am unauthorised to log in. I have logged a ticket, will let you know if I get anything useful back :-)

Not sure about Annotations uploading, but I have been trying to log into our account this afternoon and keep getting an Error message saying the email address is not authorised so I am assuming theres an issue with the entire website.

My annotations have gone in ok today. 

This is what the KPMG help desk told me you had to do to get them uploaded;

• Any active filters on reports must be de-selected otherwise your file import will fail.
• Any changes to the report (excluding colours, fonts) will cause the file import to fail.
• Ensure the file name isn't amended 

Thanks Chris, everything is going in successfully, nothing in failing, so my annotations are being uploaded successfully, however when I download the latest PDSAT the annotations are not being updated, I will try again this afternoon
