VAK assessment

Given that "learning styles" are a thoroughly discredited theory I'd get rid of it entirely...

In terms of accessing SA, think it depends on the auditor? Can't remember if you can limit access to a specific sub-set of learners (ie the sample), but, either way, would probably be assuming you'll need to do screen dumps/downloads...

Would you not even ask learners to complete VAK assessment now?  Wasn't sure if it was just good practice to assess learners.

Steve Hewitt thank you for that information - the assessment was already part of the induction when I started here, so didn't think too much into it.

Going back to SA, we had a learner who started last month, but then there was an issue with the app service account and we are having to restart her - she had already completed some OTJ hours & learning on SA which now will need to be disregarded.  Wasn't sure if we can delete & restart on SA?  I personally don't use SA all the time.

Re Smart Assessor: we use this and only download evidence when we have an audit. We download their timelog and progress reviews.

I wouldn’t bother downloading evidence until it’s needed.
