PDSAT login issues

Hi all 

We have just set up a PDSAT account and gone through all the set up and email authentication to be able to access the account. However I keeping getting the error message 'please check your email, You are not authorised to login' I have checked to make sure the email and password are correct but still no luck. Does anyone have any ideas? or a link/email to someone I can contact for help desk.

Hi Jo, I am still having problems with annotations, I reported it yesterday using this email address & they have replied to say they will look into it as there is no known problem so this email address may work for you

Thanks Ann I will give that email a try and hopefully then can see if there is an issue on their side.

I had the same issue. Sent the helpdesk an email yesterday evening and just got this reply. I have now successfully logged in :)

I have now re-activated your account. Could you try again and let me know how it goes.

I have just sent off an email to them now so hopefully I can get logged in tomorrow fingers crossed! Thanks Laura

i have been having trouble with annotations as well, was this resolved? i am getting a server error trying to access the website this morning
