See the current funding rules section ‘Employment arrangements (between the employer and the apprentice)’.
P27.2 If the apprentice has more than one employer at any one time (e.g. two part-time job roles), then only one of these employers can be used for the purposes of the apprenticeship. This is so that the party undertaking the role of ‘employer’ in the apprenticeship, as defined in these funding rules, is clear.
The 23/24 funding rules have changed as References to apprenticeship training agencies have been removed from this section.

Hi,
Sorry another one from me. We have a potential learner who will be employed 25 hours with a levy employer and 15 with a non-levy employer. They want to complete an apprenticeship.
How will this work? And can the levy employer's levy be accessed to fund this?
