There's nothing in the general SP Rules about learners working.
If I Remember Correctly, it was only there in the Traineeship rules because the whole point was they were for people without experience of the workplace and working >16 hours a week rather implies you have that experience...

16 to 19 Study Programme and Employment Status

Hi ,
I was just wondering if YP is working for more than 16 hours per week , are they eligible to do a Study Programme?
I know they can't do a Traineeship if they are working for more than 16hrs , but I am sure about the rules around Study Programme.
Could someone guide me to the right document which talks about employment hours etc ?
