On the face of it, that is correct, yes. If you check your apps monthly payment report you will almost certainly see that you've not received any levy payments for those apprentices and that there'll be a certain amount of co-investment due from the employer for each month they've been on programme so far
173. For 2022 to 2023, we have also added 2 new columns to help you find learners where co-investment may not be straightforward
- Column X: "Has this apprenticeship been funded by levy or a levy transfer at any point?" If an apprenticeship has attracted some levy funding, but also is on this report due to co-investment or PMR records, then the co-investment to collect from the employer will generally not be a simple 5% of the total price (or whatever co-investment percentage applied when the apprenticeship started). Therefore, we indicate this scenario in this column to make these apprenticeships easier to find.

Co-investment report saying not funded by levy
Created
Hi, On the Co-investment contributions report we have a few learners that are with levy employers, but the report says No under the 'Has this apprenticeship been funded by levy or a levy transfer at any point' column. The records all seem to be coded as levy in the return. Does this mean that at no point did the employer have enough levy funds to pay for the learners? or do I need to keep looking to find why it thinks it's not levy? Thanks
