Contract for services with yourself?

Edited

When delivering apprenticeships to your own staff, do you need to have a formal contract for services with yourself in the same way you do with 3rd party employers? I know you can't make a profit and you need to evidence a breakdown of the total negotiated price.. just curious whether other providers had written/signed an actual 'contract' with themselves?

I would not think so, but you will need all other requirements such as training plan and Apprenticeship Agreement.

Hi Ben,

We had the same thought however with our legal services team we created a one page agreement relating to payment of additional charges that would not be levy funded. That way the relevant directorate/faculty of the apprentice agree to make payment to the faculty delivering the apprenticeship where required.
