Hi everyone, probably conflating this incorrectly - when were taking statutory annual leave off the weeks applicable for off the job training, does the same apply for minimum programme duration?

If our programme is 53 weeks, does removing statutory leave reduce it to an invalid programme length? or are we only acknowledging SL for the off the job calculation?

My thinking - perhaps overthinking - was if those were active, learning weeks on programme that we wouldn't count time we know they are neither in the workplace or studying, so they wouldn't count towards duration

Any help appreciated :)

SL only applies to OTJ hours not duration
