Subcontracting Standard - Joint statement of intent

Created

None

Does anyone have a joint statement of intent that they use for their subcontracted provision, one that  details the roles and responsibilities expected of each party.

If so, would you be willing to share so that I do not have to create one from scratch.

 Thanks very much.

We struggled with this.

We were also asked to provide evidence of roles and responsibilities on our enrolment form detailing the elements each party has responsibility for.

HI Kelly,

We do have a role and responsibility form that learners studying with one of our nominated subcontracting partners sign at enrolment. It is simple, but it does demonstrate our responsibility to ensure that they understand the roles and responsibilities that we both have in providing their learning experience. I can share a copy if you let me have your email address.

As for the joint statement of intent, its madness as our contract clearly details all of this, but they need it in one concise document !

Thanks Debbie

That would be amazing: Kelly.knights@capitalcct.ac.uk

Some of the evidence we had to provide was mental.

We are hoping the ESFA don’t take too long to confirm the outcome of the audit.

I’m sure we both need a months holiday to recover LOL

HI Kelly,

I am hoping that the ESFA give providers an opportunity to feedback on the process.  I understand their need for rigour, but there was so much repetition across the 10 sections.  I am just reading our 56 page draft report :) - pleased to say No reds, 6 Ambers, and all the rest green  -  Happy Days ! No torture for another 3 years.

I will email you the form.
