As long as you haven't increased the overall programme hours and moved up a band I would say that fine.
We move hours around in our plans post 42 days, for example if a learner goes on placement we take the hours from another aim that hasn't yet opened and revise the plan.

Change in Planned Learning Hours

Hi All,
I have been informed of 2 learners that were originally on non-accredited aims and were not doing any quals, but have now been registered on to a qualification and this has been added to ILR and changed to core aim.
It has flagged that because they originally had no planned hours and only EEP hours, that this is now a problem but I am not meant to change planned hours that were set at the beginning of the year. Therefore do I leave the planned hours as nil, as per what they were originally, or change the planned hours now to the hours needed for the new qual that has been added ?
