Claiming Learner Support in Gateway

Hi All
We have a learner who we were claiming learner support throughout their apprenticeship and have coded the ILR and claimed successfully so far. They have just completed EPA, and needed support for their interview, and we have just tried to claim the £150 on the ILR for this, but I am getting a rule violation saying that the date applies to must not be after the learning actual end date.
This is the case though as the activity has happened after the end of the practical period. I have checked the guidance and cannot see anywhere that you cannot claim this in EPA, can anyone please help or advice?
Does this mean that training providers who are delivering integrated EPAs are supposed to absorb the reasonable adjustment costs into their delivery costs of the apprenticeship rather than claim learning support funding?
