16-18 Incentive - Change of Employer

Hi all,
In regards to the 16-18 incentive payment of £1000 for employers - if an apprentice changes employer, does the second employer receive the incentive payments if the apprentice is with them on the 90th or 365th day?
For example,
If a student changes employer before the 90 days, and is with employer 2 on the 90th day will employer 2 receive the 1st £500 payment? If a student changes employer after the 90 days and is with employer 2 on the the 365th day, will employer 2 receive the 2nd £500 payment?
Essentially, is the incentive tied to the apprenticeship and whichever employer the apprentice is with at the time of 90 days and 365 days will be able to receive the payment?
Thanks in advance

It goes to the employer that they are with when they reach the deadline, so in each of your two examples the 2nd employer gets the payment.
