FRM_04a warning

It is only a warning that the learning actual end date should not be changed between years but you will need to check this.

I have 2 learning aim with the same start date and PED, one was withdrawn, and then was added again with the same date as a live aim. Both aims were recorded in the last academic year 21/222 as above. I have now completed the live aim with an actual end date as the learner has achieved the aim. I am not sure why it's saying it should not be changed when I only put the actual end date to close the ILR.

Why did you record two identical aims with the same start date and PED?

When we imported the ILR from out subcontractor as a whole batch these were included but we didn't realised. Not sure what do I need to do to get rid off the FRM_04 WARNING.

Any update on this please?
