You will, yes, because they're not withdrawing before the last day of the month. Using 31-July as the last date in learning is saying they were in learning on that day.
45. If the apprentice leaves early, for example, they withdraw from the programme, the monthly instalments stop. We will not calculate a monthly instalment for the final month if the apprentice withdraws before the last day of the month in which the learning stops

When a learner leaves, if they leave on the last date of the calendar month do we still receive funding for that month. For example, if a learner leaves on the 31st July would you receive on programme payment for July?
