Fallback claims from Pearson

Hi - we have a number of learners who have received a 'fallback' claim from Pearson, based on results shared yesterday. They have achieved a number of the mandatory units for their level 3 qual, but have received an outcome of 'unclassified' on some of the units - resulting in a partial/fallback outcome. How should we record this in the ILR please?

Assuming this will lead to them not getting the qualification that they are attached to in the ILR then they're a fail. Don't be put off by "partial" as an Outcome value, that's only for HE courses.
