Could anyone advise what is defined as a summer term start please? I always thought it was anything after 31st May?
44. ESFA will not fund students to take more than one full-time study programme or the equivalent in multiple part-time programmes in one provider in one funding year. If it is appropriate for students to take multiple part-time programmes in one year, providers must not claim more than the equivalent of a full-time programme. In addition, we will not fund programmes for students who have completed a full-time programme at one provider to start a new programme at a different provider in the summer term of the same academic year. There is an exception for students doing the Diploma in Sporting Excellence (DiSE). You can find more information about this on GOV.UK.

I'd be very wary of any post-Easter starts unless you can be sure they've not completed elsewhere this year (we have a FORM for them to fill in as well as checking PLR etc)
