R12 remittances

Hi

Has anyone else had delays to their remittance emails this month? We received the U19 incentive one last night but still haven't had the main one, which is starting to make us twitchy. Everything looks good on the R12 period end reports so assume it's just timing but want to confirm this.

Hi Jim, We are also experiencing the same issue. Employer incentive came through as normal however main reconciliation is missing. Possibly delayed?

Christine Gregory Slightly relieved to hear that we aren't the only ones, please let us know what responses you recieve

Yes, us too! Incentive through only. We had similar in December 22 when we got remittance on the day of payment.

Update: we received the payment this morning as normal, but still haven't got the email with the breakdown. Hopefully it will come later today.

Update 2: remittance email now received as well
