£500 Incentive payment received incorrectly?

We have an apprentice who was aged 21 when starting their apprenticeship back at the start of May, with no EHCP, and they are not a restart. At R12 we have been paid both the employer and provider incentive payments of £500.00 each, and this apprentice is showing on the Apps Additional Payments Report as 16-18, even though the DoB in the ILR shows this is not the case. Has anybody else ever had this issue, or am I having a moment and missing something? Thank you.
