Maths condition of funding report changed on marking as withdraw

Anyone know if there's a workaround for this one? We have a 16-19 (with EHCP) learner who has a Grade D maths GCSE, and was working towards GCSE with us to improve grade. After qualifying period learner decided they wanted to transfer to another college. Now we've marked all aims as withdrawn and learner has transferred to another provider the Condition of Funding report is showing as Not Studying Maths (so no longer meets condition of funding). We're well with 5% not meeting COF but would like a 0% return if possible! I could exempt as has EHCP but that isn't right. Is this "just how it is" or anyone know a workaround? TIA.

The 5% is *literally* there for learners like this and you don't get any gold stars for being on 0%...
