Hi, if an employer has simply just changed location. Can i simply change delivery location on the ILR?
Also will a written confirmation of the change in details from the employer suffice or would it be best to create new paperwork with the employer's new location?

See the notes on this from the ILR specifications:
This should be the delivery location at start. There is no requirement for providers to update this information if the learner's delivery location changes.
