So, I think (!?) the simplest way to thing about it is this:
Anyone completing their EPA after 31 July stays as 1&8 in your R13 and R14. You can complete them in your R01 or R02 to get paid, but don't change them in the 22/23 data (this is easier in some student record systems than others).
So, any learners who have not completed their EPA by 31 July are HEY 2022.5, end of discussion.

So im looking for some clarification on this. If a learner Ends in 22/23 but Achieves in August 23/24. I understand the Hybrid End year will be in the middles 2022.5.
However do the standard QAR Rates no longer function, with AED/PED and Achievements entered within R13/R14? So if the End Date is prior 31st July 2023 and marked on the ILR, if the Achievement is in August then previously they were included in the 22/23 QAR.
