Hi, we have a learner who is currently on a Study Programme with us but is not due to complete till September 2024. She is currently on work experience and they have offered her an Apprenticeship which she wants to start with immediate effect. When we finish her from the the Study Programme do we just amend the hours (planned/EEP) that we have delivered to her from the 1 August 2023 to her finish date? Thanks Helen.
