Hi, I hope you can help
There is a learner who was with Employer 1 (start date 31/05/2020), was on BIL with them, and returned to programme. (re-start date 28/03/2022)
Then this learner left Employer 1, but found a new Employer within 12 weeks.
- Do I record this as a BIL or a Withdrawal?
- When I record a new ZPROG for Employer 2, I tick Restart indicatior and add TNP 3 and 4, right? But do I need to return the original start date? And if so, would this be 31/05/2020?
I tried to do it different ways but the Period End reports I get back have the information muddled up so I would like to make sure I have done this right before addressing this to the Helpdesk.
