Transferred learner or withdrawal and new start?
Created
None
Grateful for any advice people can offer...
We have some learners who were enrolled on v1 of a standard with another TP. The employer is unhappy with the progress they have made and wants to move them to us as the new TP.
v1 of the standard has now been replaced by v2 and the funding band maximum increased.
We are happy to take these learners and apply adjustment for prior learning, but should these learners be withdrawn by the first TP then put on as new starts by us, or should we be indicating a re-start on our ILR? Or something else?

Where an existing apprentice moves versions, they will continue the same funding band that they started on.
This only applies where the new version has the same standard reference as the previous version, and you would record them as a restart when they start with you.
