AEB OPP generation (date confusion)

Hi all, this could be mid-enrolment confusion on my part, apologies if it is.

I've got 2 withdrawn Students on our AEB Main Occ report. One is calculating funding (green row) but the other not (yellow row).

I thought the criteria for an OPP was being in learning on the last day of the calendar month? I can't work out why the yellow row student doesn't have any funding being generated. Does someone have any pointers for me please?

Could it be down to the qualifying days for funding criteria?

It appears their actual end date is less than 42 days from the start date.

Hi Kelly, thanks for the idea...both Students are below 42 days though so I don't think it's that unfortunately. Rob.

Yep but your course in green has a planned duration of less than 6 months therefore qualifying days for funding would only be 14 days (learner was in learning for 15 days).

For the course in yellow duration is 7 months so they'd need to be in learning for 6 weeks/42 to qualify.
