Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any guidance/advice regarding the process for changing employer?
In particular, now a BIL is used if there's over a 30 days gap i'm confused as to what in-learning evidence we can use to start the 'return' record with the new employer. Plus, given the new stipulation for monthly (no longer every 28 days) in learning evidence what happens if a learner starts with a new employer late in a month, say the 28th or 30th? We wouldn't have the time to provide in learning for that month.
