Thanks so much Laura Howard, my eyes must of been playing tricks on me! I will go on a hunt for a contract, as last year we used the template from AELP, but we want to try a different way this year.

Apprenticeship Contract between provider and employer.

Can anyone confirm if it is necessary for compliance to have a contract between the training provider and employer for apprentices please? We obviously have all the other areas of compliance covered, such as the Training Plan, apprenticeship agreement, funding etc. I just can't find anything in the funding rules that refers to a specific contract between us and the employer. If it is necessary can anyone point me in the direct of a DfE/ESFA example to use. We have been using the AELP one but have not yet renewed for this acadmic year.
