Good morning,
We have a group of apprentices that have been moved from their previous training provider to us and I'm not sure how to record these in the ILR. Do we need to include the original start date and restart indicator? Can we include the time they were with their previous provider towards their minimum duration (eg 6 months with previous provider and 6 months with us = 12 months).
Also, where do we stand with OTJ hours? Do we only need to evidence the hours they were with us? If they only need to complete 6 months with us do we only need to 6 months worth of hours?
