Has anyone experienced the following errors?
The Achievement date should not be after the current teaching year end date.
Where can I find the definition of the - current teaching year end date?

Are you trying to add an achievement date after 31/07/2023 into the 22/23 ILR? If so, that'll be your issue I suspect. If the achievement date is 1/8/23 or later, it'll need to be added in the 23/24 ILR.
