Subcontractor Declaration 23/24

Not yet, no. Though last year the window to submit the declaration was between 28 September 2022 and 24 October 2022, so we might expect the dates to be there or there abouts.

Just following up on this thread - has anyone had any news on the subcontractor declaration window for 23/24?

Only this that came from ESFA on 20.10.23

Issue with subcontractor declarations

We are aware there is currently an issue where users with draft subcontractor declarations for the 2022 to 2023 period cannot submit these declarations, and cannot make new declarations for the 2023 to 2024 period.

We are working on a fix for this and will inform you shortly. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I was able to save a draft this week and successfully submitted a declaration this morning (1st November) - I don't recall seeing any reference in ESFA Update about a 'deadline' for the first submission for 2023/24?

Not seen any updates from the ESFA, never mind we have it sorted now.

Still not seen any reference to Declaration window update - so thankful to know that I can still submit, which I will do next week.

Wanted to know more about EEP - if a subcontract is made for 1618 provision and the study programme of the subcontractor includes EEP does it have to be shown separately on the declaration?
