For apprenticeships ILR recordings when recording a change of employer, does the new employers service account start date month have to just match the Financial record start date month on the ILR or both the Financial record start date month and the Date status applies to record?
The reason I ask is because some learners do not inform us of a change of employer until a month after they have changed and so by the time we have worked with the new employer to set up their service account record, the funding reserved from start date and the employments start date may be a months difference. And so we may have a new employment start date of 15th July 2023 but a service account start with the new employer as Aug 2023.
I am assuming that there is no data lock as long as the new employers service account month start is the same as the Financial record start date month on the ILR then this is fine?
