There's nothing in the Rules to say you can't do it. Whether that makes it "acceptable" in a broader sense is a different matter... App providers should be able to deliver all elements of the programme (or have a quality subcontractor) in my opinion, and that includes E&M. Also slightly different if you're saying it for L6 Apps rather than L2 ones...

Is it acceptable for providers to require learners to have achieved their maths/ English functional skills before they apply for an apprenticeship programme?
