I understand that payment of monies to subcontractors should be within 1 month of the provider receiving money from ESFA following an ILR submission - is this correct?

This has defiantly come up in audits we’ve had and we’ve been asked to evidence this.

I’m going to take a look to see which funding document it’s referenced in, probably ESFA funding rules or the Subcontracting Standard

See schedule 9 of your ESFA Contract for services - ESFA funding agreements and contracts - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

1.8.2. payment provisions such that the Contractor must pay the Subcontractor within 30 days of receiving a valid invoice
