We have a learner who has changed employer in June but will not be starting his training (Apprenticeship with the new employer) until September.
I just want to check I am entering the correct dates on the ILR and DAS.
ILR - BIL in June (last learning recorded). DAS old employer stopped learner in June
Learner starts with new employer in June but employer wants learner to complete probationary period before recomencing the apprenticeship. Employer change not entered on DAS
ILR - Learner returns from BIL in september, employer change and costs added for september restart. DAS - complete employer change with same dates as the ILR (September)

Sounds right to me, as long as the gap isn't more than 12 weeks.
